Is there any peer reviewed medical research as to the effectiveness of compression garments after lipo/bbl?

It would be very hard to conduct that type of research . In general, 4-6 weeks of compressive garment should be sufficient. Hope this helps.

This compression garment does not cover the buttocks or the hips.
