Question

Can high riding nipples be fixed? If so how? And how costly? I had a benelli lift, I worry that my scars are spreading up. Scared my doc placed nipple a little high. I am not showing out of bras, bikinis or low cut currently but fear leaving the lift alone & the spread causing the scars to show out of tops etc or converting lift with smaller implants & w/ excision of scar nipple being too high. I also fear if I convert the lift & scar spreads from traditional lift, don't want perm suture

Yes, the nipple/areola position can be changed by secondary surgery, often performed as an office procedure.

Your results are excellent and your nipples appear to be in the proper position. This is a big improvement from your preop picture in which your nipples pointed down and the breast tissue was that of a tuberous breast.  Rejoice, and wear a shirt that covers your areola's!

Looking at your photos, it appears you had tuberous breasts prior to surgery.  Your results look wonderful.  And from the photos, your nipples are NOT riding too high, they appear to be in the correct location, which is right about at the breast fold.If you are not showing out of your bra or bikini, then I don't think there is much to be concerned about.  You need to let everything heal.  Stay in close contact with your surgeon and listen to their postop recommendations.  Revision surgery wouldn't take place for many months (probably a full year).

44wendall,At present the frontal photo shows proper nipple position. The permanent suture of the Benelli lift is necessary to limit or prevent how much radial stretch of the areola occurs after the surgery, though the scar width is not likely to stretch more than you see at present. I cannot understand your last sentence, but if you do not have a permanent suture, then greater degree of stretch is likely.  With a tubular deformity starting point the tendency to stretch after a lift is less than with a lift done for sag, where the tissue elasticity is defective.  I would not suggest doing anything at present, as nothing may be needed.  A revision can be done if and when it becomes necessary in a situation like this.  I hope that this helps.
