Would an alar base reduction revision help me achieve more symmetrical nostrils? Initially done 7 years ago

Hello, I had alar base reduction back in 2015 which left me with asymmetrical nostrils and I would like to know if it’s possible to make it a little more symmetrical with another alar base reduction on the left side of my nostril. I understand that each price is different but what would be the average cost for a revision alar base reduction on one side only? Thank you!
