I recently had my primary rhinoplasty at 41 years old. I asked my doctor for very natural and subtle results. I had a wide bulbous nose that spread when I smiled. I asked him to not change how I looked. To just refine and make it just a little smaller. I was so specific that I didnt want to look like I had a nose job. What happened was the complete opposite. He over reduced my alar and tip, my alar wings go up when I smile. Collumela goes down. I dont recognize myself. Can I still be fixed?
