breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. The breast that is sagging can be adjusted to remove the excess skin with an inferior position. In doing so, the areolae should match. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Do remember that your breasts are not identical twins, but sisters, and may never look exactly alike. For example, your higher breast has a wider base and the bases cannot be changed. They still look good, and you might enjoy what you have.

You would benefit from a circumareola lift to correct the areola size and position difference.
