Anchor incision in the wrong position - can the fold be straightened and lowered?

I had a breast lift with implants 5 years ago. The right side sat higher and never felt right. I had the implants removed because I couldn't stand the asymmetry anymore. Once out we discover my anchor incision and IMF on my right side is 1inch higer and slanted up sideways on my chest wall. I had alloderm placed to reattached my chest wall muscle since. So now even with out an implant the right side sits higher and is half the size of the left. Can the fold be straightened and lowered?
