I’m 27, 4’10, 108 lbs. I started off with a 30A i2018 I got 255 cc moderate silicone under the muscle and they looked great. In 2023 I decided to go bigger: 365 cc high profile silicone under the muscle, diff dr, and I am now six months postop but they are still really high. My doctor says they look great but they are oblong and most of my breast is at the very top of my pocket w barely any under my nipples. I’ve been massaging but nothing helps. Is there a chance they could still drop fully?
