Should my nose still look the same as before 2nd rhinoplasty?

I had revision rhinoplasty just over 6 months ago and my nose looks almost exactly the same as before the surgery. I asked to correct bulbous tip and to have it more refined and smaller. I don’t feel these results were achieved. Looking for a second opinion.

Hello, it seems there is a minor change on your nose tip but it may be a swelling. Unfortunately some patients experience edema/swelling for long periods. For rhinoplasty operation final result is seen around 10-12 months also many things can cause swelling on your nose. You should wait few more months. If you don't like the outcome than with only tipplasty nose tip can be redefined.
