I got my first rhinoplasty sevenyears ago when I was 15 and I got my revision two years ago. The revision was to fix the hanging columella but instead it also rose one of my nostrils on the right. My main issue it my side profile, the supra tip seems so high & squishy to touch, will this maybe go down w time/steroid injections? I hate the right side so much bc the nostril’s so high and looks longer than the left side.
