Do I need another revision to fix the tip of my nose or will it shrink down over time? (Photo)

Hi there! Great questions and thanks for the photos. The nostril asymmetry likely won't improve at this point without some form of surgical intervention. Options would be rim graft, composite graft, or lateral crural struts with repositioning. If the supratip seems high, your nose may need to be downrotated. Steroids can help to reduce the swelling and thickness of the skin, but don't always work at 2 years out from surgery. It would be worth a try to use steroids, compressions, and nightly taping first if those haven't been done. If no improvement after several treatments, a revision may be needed. Hope this helps you!
