I had a rhinoplasty to remove my hump and lift the tip. What I wanted was a curved shape of nose because a nose that goes down straight looks a bit masculine to me, so I told my surgeon I wanted the tip to go upwards. Now, my nose doesn’t look like I imagined it. Unfortunately the nose tip looks like it’s rather pointing downwards than upwards. And I doubt that a nose tip will correct its position by itself. Do I need a revision if I want that lifted look or is it not even possible to lift it?
