Hey everyone, I wanted to get some advice I lost weight and now my ass is really flacid. I believe it’s mostly skin. I had also some Sculptra in the past so I’m not sure if it made it worse (or better) . I looked into butt implants but they seem to have a lot of issues, now I’m lost about what to do.. I just want something lifted and plumpy. Any advices? It doesn’t need to be a big ass just something I can feel sexy
Answer: BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT Hello dear, thank you for your question. I see that you are of thin build, that is, that you do not have so much fat, in your case what we would do to improve your buttocks, is to do liposuction of the abdomen, back and waist and try to remove as much fat as possible to be able to transfer it to your buttocks. It is not advisable to get implants in the buttocks, it is best for you to transfer fat to that area for a better appearance. You can text us via WhatsApp at 1-829-554-6062 so we can give you the necessary recommendations about surgery. A pleasure to help

Answer: Gluteal augmentation Fat transfer is usually the standard of care. This procedure is often referred to as the BBL a.k.a. Brazilian butt lift. It involves liposuction of other areas with grafting fat around the buttocks and hips. The majority of plastic surgeons do not offer gluteal implants for good reason. The procedure Has unfortunate high complication and failure rates. I generally do not recommend gluteal augmentation, but if you should choose that route, then seek out one of the few plastic surgeons, specialize exclusively and has extensive experience with the procedure. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
