Hi! I have an upcoming egg donation but my Lipo360 is about 1-2 weeks after my donation. Would I still be able to get Lipo safely?

I often tell my patients that liposuction is not an exact science, and patients may benefit from a revision. For very small areas of residual fat, I will use off-label Kybella at time. More commonly, spot liposuction under local anesthesia to address the bulge.

I think you would get a great result with liposuction, but please pick your surgeon wisely. Your skin appears supple and elastic, so it will shrink down to the deeper tissues well.

In your lateral view, you can see the lower abdominal wall is bulging anteriorly. This may be a result after pregnancy. You may or may not need a tummy tuck. You need to be accessed in person to see how much of the bulging is internal and how much is abdominal wall fat. You would benefit...

Yes you are a great candidate for lipo 360 Not having children makes it more likely that your skin should retract.

The anesthesia is not a concern. I would ask your ptosis surgeon how soon he or she is comfortable with you being positioned on your stomach, which is often done for lipo 360. You can also clarify with your plastic surgeon whether that is a necessary position, or if they will just turn you side...
