I would personally be very concerned about the risks of sequential surgeries in this nature.While egg harvesting is relatively benign physiologically, the hormonal stimulation your body goes through to prepare for that procedure might put you a greater risk for blood clots and pulmonary embolism. I would give it a month. I lack evidence to support this, but many years of experience would suggest it as a better course of action.
