The number one complication for any type of liposuction is contour deformity. That being said, you are experiencing some contour deformity with not enough fat being removed around the belly button and the upper abdomen. This this can be rectified with additional liposuction and the use of a product such as Ayon, which would combine ultrasound assisted liposuction, and Renuvion to decrease the contour deformity appearance.
I think you would get a great result with liposuction, but please pick your surgeon wisely. Your skin appears supple and elastic, so it will shrink down to the deeper tissues well.
