Lipo 360 is it enough? (Photos)

I think you would get a great result with liposuction, but please pick your surgeon wisely. Your skin appears supple and elastic, so it will shrink down to the deeper tissues well.

Lipo 360 will only remove fat. From your photograph were you are pinching your skin, it appears you have very little fat to remove. If you want the flattest abdomen possible then you need a tummy tuck.
If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. the mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
