I'm in my early 30s and never had kids. I'm between 5'6 to 5'7 and currently weigh ~145. I lift weights 2 to 4 times a week and aim to get steps in every day. My belly rolls and fat have been a main concern of mine since I was young. I've tried coolsculpting and emsculpt neo, and see minor improvements. But they don't fully address my hopes of having leaner tummy. I've also lost around 40 pounds in total from middle school until my early 20's. So I've been around the same weight for 10+ yrs.
