Based on these photos, you do have asymmetrical buttocks with the right one smaller than the left one, which also carries to the anterior photo with the larger hip dip. You did not include a 3/4 view of yourself to compare to the "wish" photo. As a Total Definer surgeon, I would recommend VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 and fat transfer to give you more buttock symmetry. To achieve a nice buttock shape is truly 70% shaping and only 30% enhancement. You do not have large fat stores, so it is important to choose a surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques, since you will not have a second chance. The arms and medial thighs will contribute very little fat for grafting. I prefer to sculpt the arms under local anesthesia. The torso is done under deep intravenous sedation. Good luck.

During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of the before, and after pictures of previous patients who look as similar to you as possible.
This is the key to understanding what your result is likely to look like.
not only do you need to see before and after pictures of patients who have the same candidacy for the procedure but you need to see lots of them.
I highly experienced plastic surgeon should have access to hundreds of before, and after pictures to choose from.
Plastic surgeons, who can’t show you before and after pictures of patients who look just like you, or can’t come up with more than a handful should probably be avoided.
In the hands of the right provider, there should be access to more before and after pictures then you have time to look at during the consultation.

Most patients simply go with whatever surgeon they consulted with, and the reason they chose that surgeon has more to do withthe surgeons ability to self promote themselves on social media than anything else.
Look for plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively in Liposuction or those who are passionate about this procedure.A lot of plastic surgeons don’t like doing liposuction.
There’s no way on God’s earth. A plastic surgeon is going to get exceptionally good at a procedure. They don’t like.
You have the ability to get a really great body transformation.
It’s not going to look the way your wish does.
You do, however, have the potential for a great transformation if you’re able to find the right provider, which as I have emphasized clearly is the most important Variable.
