I got a BBL 3 years ago and I’ve notice that my butt sags at the bottom. My bottom butt cheeks hangs to my leg. Flaps over it. I did lose a lot of weight after my pregnancy 2 years ago so I think that’s why. Can I fix that with exercise or do I need another procedure? Help. It’s getting worse and worse everyday
