Based on your photos, your Asymmetry is not easily seen. If you're concerned that your nostrils look different on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for lowering your nostrils and for achieving symmetry. I hope this helps! Sincerely Dr Joseph
