Hello I have a question, if any of you caan help me answer it. Does hyaluronic acid fillers last less if you take two hot yoga classes per week? What about if you take two normal yoga classes per week? Thanks a lot for your time and responses

You should be able to return to your regular exercise routine 24-48 hours after filler treatment.  Yoga or hot yoga should not impact the longevity of your fillers.  I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your injector.

Not your high rate of metabolism, hot yoga, or sauna, should affect the longevity of the hyaluronic acid filler in your body. It is the way your body’s immunity system react towards the hyaluronic acid that affects the longevity. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
