Hair pulling sensation 2 years after transplant - what could be causing this and what are my treatment options?

I had a hair transplant in 2021 . Since about 6 months ago, I've been experiencing strange sensations in my scalp, similar to the feeling when hair is pulled. The symptoms evolved over time, starting with a burning sensation, then itchiness, and finally the hair-pulling feeling described above. This sensation can change, but it is generally a 24/7 feeling, impacting the quality of my life. I am in desperate need of help I visited a dermatologist with no luck

I would recommend you to find a doctor who's a dermatologist that is specialized in hair diseases. Also, do you notice any hair loss? In my opinion, burning sensation and itchiness could be something worth figuring out the cause of these symptoms since they seem to disturb you.
Also, dermoscopic examination might be necessary in order to evaluate the situation.
