What can be done about my lower face (chin, nose, long philtrum)? (Photo)

I feel like my chin is getting more recessed yet pointy as I get older. I refuse to take pictures smiling because of my pointy chin, my long philtrum not showing my teeth, and my nose bowing down in the middle. What is going on and why is this happening as I get older? What procedures can be done to fix all of this and to give me a more youthful smile and more feminine features in my lower face?
