In 2019 I underwent lipo 360 with bbl The bbl consist of butt implants and fat grafting to the butt and hips. Currently I want a second lipo 360 with fat transfer to the hips. Most plastic surgeons are refusing to do the fat transfer to the hips. Why?

Thanks for your question. It is difficult to answer your question without examining you myself and seeing your hip dips. However, it is possible to transfer fat to only the hip area. Personally, I like to blend the fat from the hips in to the buttocks so everything flows, but your buttocks...
