Cell saver with BBL revision?

Hello, I am doing my preop steps currently. My aptt was 36. I was told I need cell saver to proceed with my surgery. Is this safe? Does it make the risks of bbl higher? I just want a second opinion as I’m not familiar with this. Thanks for your time
