Should I get a round 2 BBL? (Photo)

I’ve already posted this question but I forgot to add a photo. Hi I’m gonna be 6 months since my bbl soon but one hip looks different from the other. I want this fixed by a round 2 bbl but I don’t think I have any fat to take. I was wondering if I should gain weight or if you think there is enough fat to take for a round 2 I just want to fill my hips. Things to know (I had extreme lipo I think, and I already had my arms lipo)
