The recommendation is to wait at least two weeks, but as long as you don't feel any swelling and at least a week has passed by, it's ok to get low pressure procedures like micro needling. Don't get any procedure involving too much pressure on your face the first 14 days after your fillers procedure.

Hi, thank you for your question! I would recommend waiting 4 weeks post threadlift to have microneedling preformed. I would only recommend waiting this amount of time so that the threads have time to settle and also the filler.
