Is it possible to give fat to the area that have been suctioned before?

My surgeon ruined my waistline suctioning all the fat giving it the beautiful curve a woman should have and now it goes down like a tree trunk. Some of the surgeons said it's nearly impossible because the area develops fibrosis and it's very difficult to open up the layers and even then the fat would not live there because there is no fat left there now. What is your professional opinion on this?
