I had restyling years ago. My marionette and nasolabial wrinkles I need something to lessen them. Please advise me on what could help me.plus my eyelids are sagging.

That depends on how much you want to treat/address these things. If you are okay with minor improvements, doing non-surgical treatments like botox to lift the brow (helps with the eyelid sagging) and filler to add volume back to the face can help with these. However, what you really need is a surgical procedure - upper bleph (possibly brow reset), face/necklift, fat grafting for volume (vs. standard filler) if you really want to treat the marionettes/NLF.

If you're looking to improve marionette and nasolabial lines, dermal fillers like Juvéderm or Restylane can help add volume and smooth the area. Since you had Restylane years ago, a touch-up might be beneficial. For sagging eyelids, you might consider options like Botox for a slight lift, or even blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) depending on how severe the sagging is.

A lower face/neck lift and skin resurfacing with upper eyelids done also would make a huge improvement and is so easy to undergo under local.  Cost is roughly $30,000 for quality work and you will be so glad you did!!!!

From the photo you will have the best outcome from surgical interventions.  A surgical facelift, brow lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasy will refresh your look.
