That depends on how much you want to treat/address these things. If you are okay with minor improvements, doing non-surgical treatments like botox to lift the brow (helps with the eyelid sagging) and filler to add volume back to the face can help with these. However, what you really need is a surgical procedure - upper bleph (possibly brow reset), face/necklift, fat grafting for volume (vs. standard filler) if you really want to treat the marionettes/NLF.
