every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. You will need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

I suggest you have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to find out if you’re a good candidate for the procedure and if the surgeon you meet with is willing to do the procedure on you. each surgeon will have their own opinion about this but it should not be that difficult to find someone willing to do your procedure as long as you obtain cardiology clearance and follow the recommendations.

Some hospitals work well with doing cosmetic surgery but others charge egregious prices for cash elective procedures.

It starts by talking to your cardiologist which you’ve done and the next step is to meet with a few local plastic surgeons.
