Hello @2bhn40, thank you for your question. If TSH and hemoglobin are regulated by summer of 2023, you can have your surgery. Also, you need clearance from a hematologist and endocrinologist before surgery, and discuss this with your Plastic Surgeon. Low hemoglobin is a risk, and the requirements for each specific surgery are different. If your Thyroid problems are solved (probably will be) by medications, yoy can have your BBL by next summer.
About the Hb level, in liposuction operations, sometimes blood levels may decrease and blood transfusion may be necessary (especially if your entrance Hb is already low.) So your Hb does not look like an obstacle for BBL. Other reasons of anemia like sickle cell or beta thalasemmia can be a contraindication for lipo and bbl.
