In this sense multiple rounds of fat transfer is generally far more successful than multiple rounds of liposuction.
Of course, liposuction is necessary for a fat transfer.
Again, I view the BBL as two separate procedures done in conjunction.
During the second procedure, your candidacy for Liposuction will be reduced, but your candidacy for transfer will be the same or slightly better.
