Hello, I had a BBL and 360 lipo 3 years ago. Although lower back fat was removed, the upper and middle back fat was left. As you can see in the photos (this is me currently). I also feel I have fat left on stomach and flanks. I feel like require a second BBL but this time with fat transfer to hips, not buttocks. I also feel like the liposuction needs to be middle to upper back (and bra roll). A surgeon suggested I have a tummy tuck, but this seems rather invasive. I would like to try and have liposuction if possible. I'm 45, 70kg and had one child 12 years ago by C-section. My question is, do I really need a tummy tuck or do I look like I would be a good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer to hips? Thankyou.

Based on these photos you seem to be excellent candidate for liposuction of torso and fat grafting of buttocks and hips. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in BBL, should be your next step. Good luck.
My best recommendation is to treat cellulite only.
To do that I recommend finding a plastic surgeon who has extensive experience with these treatments with a proven track record.
Personally, I find using the device Aveli to be most effective.
