22-year-old trans woman - Can I have Lipo 360 BBL with antiphospholipide antibodies?

I am a 22-year-old trans woman and I have antiphospholipide antibodies but I don't don't have that antiphospholipide syndrome because I have never had a blood clot. My hematologist said that my risk is manageable with a standard prophylactic protocol and that I can have any kind of surgery I want or need. There are no restrictions but the anti thrombosis prophylaxis is non-negotiable. He has already cleared me for all of the plastic surgeries I want but I am stil worried that surgeons might still say no. My hematologist says in the clearance section of one of his reports that even even though my antibodies can translate into a moderately elevated baseline risk for thrombosis, millions of people have antiphospholipide antibodies in elevated titers and that these people can absolutely undergo any surgery safely as long as the necessary prophylactic steps are followed. As for my life style, I walk 3-4 miles every day, I don't consume alcohol drugs or smoke at all, and thanks to substantial weight loss I am already close to my ideal weight. (I'll keep losing weight) What also should be mentioned is that I don't don't have any comorbities.
