Is AviClear a good choice for removing blackheads and large pores on skin with little to no acne?

I have very oily skin as well as black heads and excess sebum. This is mainly in my nose and T - Zone area. I have never had bad acne and will occasionally have a pimple or two. I read that this treatment is good for excess sebum. Would AviClear be beneficial for me or should I consider another option?
