I’m rather confused about the literature on Aviclear. Various interviews with practicioners say that the effect of Aviclear can last up to two years. However, if the laser permanently damages the oil glands why would these start to produce sebum again after two years? Or are new glands likely to form? Or is this because the clinical trials only happened two years ago therefore it isn’t known what happens after those two years?
