Does Accutane and/ or Aviclear have an effect on making the nose appear smaller by reducing size of sebaceous glands?

I have heard that accutane can shrink the skin in the nose, or reduce the size by reducing the sebaceous glands. Would AviClear have the same effect? Could this give a smidge of a more esthetically pleasing appearance for some noses - without the side effects of accutane?

Thanks Esp for your question! Although neither Accutane nor Aviclear modifies the underlying bone or cartilage structure, Accutane (isotretinoin) and AviClear can make the nose look smaller or more refined by reducing sebum glands. 
The sebaceous glands, which are heavily concentrated on the nose, are the focus of both therapies. The total "bulk" of the skin envelope can be decreased by shrinking these glands.
These treatments can lessen puffiness and provide the appearance of more defined or tapered nasal contours by reducing inflammation and oil production. Moreover, The nose's big pores may seem tighter when oil production decreases, giving it a sleeker appearance.
Accutane in particular can thin the dermis, or skin layer, making it easier to see the underlying nasal structure, which frequently gives the appearance of a more "contoured" nose.
