Loose skin after pregnancy - Would J-plasma be worth it ? (Photos)

I’ve had kids and ended up with loose skin from pregnancy. I’m also trying to avoid a tummy tuck for at least another two years so I was wondering if J plasma would be worth it with Lipo 360 and fat transfer to hips. I’ve lost a ton of weight before and had a flat belly. It was never truly wrinkled up unless I was sitting down / bending over. Standing up my stomach was flat so what would be the best option. Waiting to do a tummy tuck and skipping J plasma or adding it ? First two pictures are currently , The other pictures were at my smallest.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these, I see three problems: 1. loose skin, 2. lots of stretch marks signifying thin inelastic skin and 3. excess fat. What is the best option? If you were my patient, as a Total Definer surgeon, I would do VASER liposuction 360 degrees, fat transfer to the hips (although these are not included in your photos) and a full tummy tuck with a low pubic bone level incision. I do these under deep intravenous anesthesia in our office's accredited surgical suite. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
BTW, I do use the J-Plasma/Renuvion often and might give you acceptable skin looseness improvement, but it is not a replacement for a well done tummy tuck with muscle repair.

I think we could reduce a fair bit of that with ellacor and bodytite. We've been doing this for people and getting excellent results. Done right in the office. Not the same as a tummy tuck, but, gives a nice improvement.

Great posted photos. Impossible yo determine which way to go foryou….. why waiting 2 years to do TT ?? Best to virtual consult with then we can determine best course to follow.
