I do not want an arm lift - what are the best options for skin tightening and possible fat reduction? (Photos)

Question

Unsure of best route for tightening skin and possible fat reduction on arms. Considering Renuvion, RF microneedling, coolsculpting. I have some loose skin from weight fluctuations in past and age (47) in front and underneath. I do not want an arm lift due to scars.

Thanks for your question. Renuvion, coupled with liposuction, can offer excellent results in these cases especially if you are looking to avoid scars associated with a full brachioplasty (arm lift). As with many procedures in plastic surgery, results cannot be guaranteed, and I would say this is particularly true for Renuvion. While it is an often wonderful skin tightening adjunct for loose skin left over from liposuction or in certain weight loss cases, individuals can have variable tightening responses to this helium-based device. Sometimes, a full arm lift may need to be done post Renuvion treatment to achieve optimal contour.

@AMC_78 I understand your concern regarding the scar from an arm lift and desire to avoid that. With that said, a traditional arm lift with liposuction is going to give you the best result and allows your surgeon to address the excess adiposity and loose skin. I anticipate you will be disappointed with the alternative treatments listed.
