Kybella fat loss caused laxity in skin - Will Renuvion help me? (Photos)

Question

I am a 44 year old female. I had one session of Kybella and the loss of fat has created laxity in skin that has resulted in the wrinkles shown in first few pics. The girl who did my Kybella performed Sofwave on me but it didn't help tighten under my neck. I am considering Renuvion, but terrified any lipo removal of more fat will make it look worse like the Kybella did. Do you have to get the lipo, or can you just get the Renuvion done? I read the lipo is good because it creates the channels where the Renuvion wand goes thru, but I'm scared of overtreatment ruining my neck. I've seen women on the internet who had lipo + Renuvion but have severe crepiness/wrinkle in middle of neck/under chin. https://www.reddit.com/r/chinlipo/comments/1micpwn/chin_lipo_wrenuvion_2_weeks_postop/ Are there questions I should be asking potential surgeons to prevent the pooling of more crepey skin under neck and ensure my results are optimal (based on my age, anatomy/nek structure)? I'm on an estrogen blocker for 5 years for breast cancer treatment, which causes loss of elasticity in skin, so that is another reason I am scared it could make things worse. I am really sorry that you are having this problem. 
Given the circumstances, you may wish to consider the following: a targeted Botox treatment of the upper neck and jawline, in order to provide lift and tightening by relaxing the downward pull of the neck platysma muscle. Treatment would take about ten minutes in the hands of an experienced injector and the results are typically seen in one to seven days following treatment. This may provide sufficient upward pull to diminish the central crepeyness. 
I would also consider the use of a daily topical prescription regimen consisting of the use of an alpha hydroxy acid cream and a topical retinoid to help stimulate new collagen and elastic fiber synthesis. 
You may also wish to discuss with your injector the injection of a hyaluronic acid skin booster directly into the area to further help to tighten the skin and promote new collagen synthesis. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert and to avoid any more aggressive procedures at this time.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. In the end, the Kybella did exactly what it was supposed to do and treated the fat. But unfortunately, it does not treat skin, so you were left with residual skin laxity in a neck that already had some skin laxity problems to begin with. There are a lot of minimally invasive options out there that hope to treat skin laxity (Morpheus 8, FaceTite, Renuvion, etc.) but in my experience (and I even have and offer some of these treatments to good candidates), I have found that in patients with skin laxity issues such as yours, you are asking too much of the technology to tighten and shrink that amount of skin and you more often than not end up with results that look worse as opposed to better.....pushing the envelope of non- or minimally invasive procedure too far. The best option for you would be a surgical procedure that actually removes the lax skin (necklift) and creates the result you really want in a predictable way. If you have to wait 5 years to do it, better off to save up and not waste your money on treatments in the meantime that do not give you the results you really want. If you want to invest in medical grade skin care in the meantime to build up collagen in the skin and optimize the skin for future surgery, that is probably the best and only thing I would recommend while waiting until you are ready for surgery.
