I have gotten 2 chemical peels 3 weeks apart of each other. Now I have this wrinkles and lines and I'm so mad. THe last peel was three weeks ago. My skin is so brittle and very dry. I use almond oil, hydrating cream, and in about 30 minutes the skin is super dry again. I never used to have these lines, not even fine lines where I see wrinkles. Is there anything I can do to reverse this?
Answer: Recommend doing Clear & Brilliant laser to help reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Chemical Peel Thank you for your question. It would be helpful to know more about the type and strength of chemical peel. I suggest that you remain in touch with your board certified facial plastic surgeon during your recovery process. You may want to revisit your recovery instructions because it is important that your medical aesthetician provides you the proper post-procedural care.Best wishes,

Answer: Chemical Peel After Care--Add lasers, microneedling/prp, skin care I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. Answer: Wrinkles after chemical peel. Is there anything I can do to reverse this? If the % of the acid? in the peels caused to much epidermal/dermal thinning or yu have dryness complication you must seek in person opinions. I might offer PRP directed infusion treatments with laser red light therapies. Also External use of PRP creams, made from your own PRP. Or seek other options after a few in person appointments. BUT you need to know exact acid peel used and its %!

Answer: Chemical peels and imperfections Chemical peels sometimes expose imperfections that were almost invisible prior to the peel. I recommend you to do some other treatment for your lines and wrinkles. Have a follow up appointment with your provider to express your dissatisfaction and seek additional treatment. Good luck!
