Thank you for your question! I would advise you to stay out of sun as long as you can since your natural skin color should come back if you avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Hello and thank you for your question. I recommend staying away from the sun as much as possible and to use daily sunscreen. Applying a topical lightening agent , like hydroquinone, kojic acid etc.., may be sufficient for your desired look.
