Can Vbeam help with this persistent PIE? (photo)

Question

Can the vbeam laser eliminate these red / purple spots? Or should I look for another treatment? Some of these marks persist for about a year and I don't know what to do.

Vbeam is an excellent laser for vascular concerns of all kinds. The laser works by targeting the blood inside the lesion to eliminate it without damaging surrounding skin and tissue. You may need more than one treatment session to achieve your full result. Make sure you work with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure an optimal outcome.

Typically I would treat red acne scars with pulsed dye laser (VBeam is one brand of pulsed dye laser). This is non-invasive and usually effective, although more than one treatment session might be required for best results.Regards,Dr. Ort
