Using a laser like Vbeam in an area previously injected with filler should not be a problem and your filler should not be affected by the treatment. Vbeam does not work as deeply into the dermal structure as Sculptra, so the two will not impact one another. Vbeam energy does not penetrate deep enough to reach the depth that fillers are typically placed nor it is not hot enough to dissolve anything.
