Rosacea can always be recurrent so you will need a dermatologist you trust and work well with. Treatment options range from oral antibiotics to topical creams to laser or light based treatments.

Please consult a dermatologist who can diagnose rosacea and recommend treatment.  The redness of rosacea can be controlled by laser or intense pulsed light treatments and avoiding your triggers such as alcohol, spicy foods, stress, sun, heat and cold wind can slow down recurrence of the redness.  Sun protection is important.
