Ive done these peels for quite some time with great results, the problem this time is that I did it right after shaving and it caused puffiness (never experienced puffiness in the past) with discoloration. Is the something to worry about or will it fade on its own? I am applying Neosporin to affected area. Thanks. PS This only occurred on the area that the barber went over with with the razor.

I would start with daily Melarase AM and Melarase PM followed by light chemical peels to help exfoliate the pigmentation. You may have recurrent pigmentation for some time. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
Thanks for your query. Microdermabrasion exfoliates the skin and works on small scars and pigmentation. If you alternate with glycolic peel, it will give you added benefit as the peel will penetrate deep and will cause affect more. You can even combine it the same day, as right after ...
This may paradoxically pigment you. I would suggest a lighter and more effective program such as Melarase AM and PM followed by daily Melapads. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
