It may just be a suture that is working its way to the surface but if the redness increases or if you see blood/purulent drainage from the incision, best to call your operating surgeon so you can be seen and evaluated in person. Good luck!
Thank you for your question. It may have been a dissolvable stitch that worked its way to the surface. Keep an eye on the area and if it starts to get red, swollen, or you develop any drainage, contact your surgeon immediately. Otherwise, spitting sutures can happen they take anywhere from 3-4 months to dissolve and will sometimes work their way to the surface. It is very common and nothing to worry about.
From your photos this looks like you are spitting a suture.Keep it clean and all should be fine.
This is probably a piece of deep suture that is spitting out before it could be completely dissolved. Nothing to worry about.

Thank you for your question. Before you make your final decision on size and shape of implants I would suggest that you meet with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon again and go over your concerns and what results you desire. Your surgeon should be able to explain to you why they...
I wouldn't worry about it very much at this time. Three weeks is quite early. The smaller breast has a tighter skin envelope covering it. Combine that with placement of a larger implant on that side and you get a breast that feels more firm and looks higher at first. Your...
