Hello,No one can answer your question effectively on line. You'll need to be seen and examined. Regardless of your height, weight, and the description of how you want to look, your biodimensional measurements of your breast supersedes anything. Your photos give a hint to a very short nipple to fold distance, which would limit implant size. Best of luck!

Before you make your final decision on size and shape of implants I would
suggest that you meet with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon again and go
over your concerns and what results
you desire. Your surgeon should be able to explain to you why they are
recommending the size they are according to your current breast measurements
including your chest width and your desired outcome. It may be that a larger
implant even though the difference between a 250cc and a 315cc is very slight,
will fill up your existing skin and give you a more augmented look rather than
the natural slope you desire. Your Surgeon should be able to advise you
thoroughly on your options. Most important is
to pick a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon - Certified by the American Board of
Plastic Surgery. It can be hard and confusing for consumers when a physician
may tell you they are Board Certified. Make sure it is Board Certified
in Plastic Surgery as many Physicians are certified but it is in another
area such as Dermatology, Gynecology, ENT, or some other specialty that does
not have the years of training and Certification in Plastic Surgery required to
be a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
Rather than finding a non-certified surgeon that may give you better pricing it
can be helpful to find a newer Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that has years
of experience in training and surgery-required to become Board Certified in
Plastic Surgery but is newer in practice. They have the latest up to
date training and highest standards as currently set by the newest
technology and are able to pass on to the consumer much better pricing for Breast
Augmentation. The manufacturers of the breast implants encourage and assist the
newer Certified Plastic Surgeons by giving them special pricing on implants

Thank you for your question and pictures.  I think the range of size you describe is appropriate for looking full but not overly large.  The definitive answer would be once measurements are taken of your breasts and looking at some pictures of the end result you wish to achieve.  Make sure you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs a lot of breast surgery.  Best of luck to you

From your photos, do have a natural appearance and not a fake appearance, I would suggest around 275 to 325 cc implants.  But this is determined at the time of surgery.

The best cosmetic result in any particular breast
augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: Your
individual anatomy, desired outcome, realistic expectations, a thorough
discussion with the plastic surgeon about the options, and an understanding of
the pros and cons of any particular implant choice. Proper sizing is not just
about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which
include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need
to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of
various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing sit
at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal
implant.
There are no manufacturers' standards for cup sizing in the bra industry. The
cups of a 32 C and a 38 C are significantly different. Cup size varies from
manufacturer to manufacturer and even within styles from any particular
manufacturer. There is also no direct correlation between an implant size or
shape and resultant cup size.
Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other
website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do without examining you,
physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full
medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure
would not be in your best interest. I would suggest that your plastic surgeon
be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of
the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and
are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in

The best way to pick implant size is based on your breast and chest width and not the volume. As the implants get bigger, they get wider. When the width of the implant fits the width of your chest, it will look nice and fit your frame. If the implants are too small, you will have a gap between them and they may look too far apart. If they are too wide, they will make you look top heavy as they may be too wide and stick well out past the sides of your chest. There are ways to get a bigger or smaller look.This can be done by picking a different implant profile. The higher the profile, the narrower the base width of the implant. If someone has a very narrow chest and wants to be big, they should consider a higher profile implant. If someone has a broad chest and they do not want to be too big but want to avoid the gap and still have cleavage without projection, they should consider a lower profile implant such as a moderate. There are options in between these such as the moderate plus. I prefer the underarm approach so there is no scar on your breast. The new silicone is the only way to go as far a rippling as teh new silicone ripples much less than saline, especially in the larger implants.

Based on your photographs, I think that you are starting at a good place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery.  Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) will be critical.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "sexy" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers. You have to make sure that your breast volume, skin texture, and looseness are the same if you going to get just a breast augmentation; from your photos it seems that the right breast may have a component of tuberous breast deformity:1) tightened breast tissues circumferetially2) dilated areola and peri-areolar tissues3) raised IMFIf this is the case, you should really consider having a breast lift and augmentation performed simultaneously; This will provide you optimimum breast size and shape; a breast implant sizing would really help you determine the ideal breast size.
