How can I get rid of the excessive redness quickly? (Photo)

I got a red blood mole burnt off my face over three weeks ago, the dermatologist who preformed the procude told me that it should be completely healed in 2 weeks. However, there is a huge red scar on my face now and I would like to know how I can treat it to reduce the redness or reduce the scarring

Similar to other wound healing, when a mole is removed, often the healing skin is pink or red.  The color should return to normal over the next 1-2 weeks as the skin continues to heal.  
To minimize scarring, protect the skin from the sun.  Wear sunscreen over the area whenever you go out.  Also a good quality silicon gel, such as Biocorneum or Silagen, will help to protect the skin and speed healing.
Lastly, you have the area reevaluated.  If the redness does represent scar formation, and not just pink skin as part of the normal wound healing process, then you may benefit from a a small steroid injection.  Steroids, such as Kenalog, can help to reduce redness in scars and help to minimize scar formation.
