I got a red blood mole burnt off my face over three weeks ago, the dermatologist who preformed the procude told me that it should be completely healed in 2 weeks. However, there is a huge red scar on my face now and I would like to know how I can treat it to reduce the redness or reduce the scarring

The picture looks a bit atypical and there may be an infection there. Best to follow up with your dermatologist right away. The choice of using stitches is based on many factors which your dermatologist can capably decide on.
