Why I can't raise arms above head w/out feeling like I tear something? Why does my stomach look burned after liposuction?(photo)

I'm very concerned about my arms after Lipo! It's been 22 days since my procedure and I know that's early, but why do I feel unable to lift arms above head? Is this normal? When I raise my arms above head and feel my arm they feel very restricted like I would tear something if I reach any higher. What can I do about this? My stomach also looks burned after liposuction, why is that?
