I had inner thigh lipo over a year ago and am left with big dents in both inner thighs due to the surgeons overly aggressive technique. Is this something fat transfer can help? How do I find a good surgeon to do this as I am now frightened of another bad result.
Answer: Revision Thanks for the question, I am sorry you are unhappy with your results. When I perform revision lip I typically go in without suction and spend a lot of time breaking up scar which can allow the skin to redrape evenly. I will only fat graft large "dents"

Answer: Poor Liposuction Results of Inner Thighs, What Do I Do? If you are unhappy with your results to this area, you must see a body contouring expert to determine if an external device like velashape or venus legacy would be helpful or if additional surgery would be needed (sometimes with fat grafting). For this, you want an expert, someone who is well trained, does a lot of treatments, and has a practice dedicated to revision and all body contouring treatments. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Repair of contour abnormalities after liposuction. Depending on the circumstances a revision liposuction or possibly fat grafting may improve contour irregularities. If the irregularities due to surplus skin however this would require removal of that excess.
