How do I fix damaged inner thighs due to bad liposuction?

If you are unhappy with your results to this area, you must see a body contouring expert to determine if an external device like velashape or venus legacy would be helpful or if additional surgery would be needed (sometimes with fat grafting).  For this, you want an expert, someone who is well trained, does a lot of treatments, and has a practice dedicated to revision and all body contouring treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Depending on the circumstances a revision liposuction or possibly fat grafting may improve contour irregularities. If the irregularities due to surplus skin however this would require removal of that excess.

Your best options to fix this issue would be revision liposuction to smooth the areas out or fat grafting to fill in the dented areas.  Make sure you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for your concerns.  Good luck. 

Inner thighs are treacherous areas and liposuction MUST be conservative.   If aggressive there will be irregularities, unevenness, and possible lax skin.   Once problems occur they are often hard to remedy.   Fat grafting in this area is possible but not an easy area for nice correction.   Often a formal thigh lift is the best remedy.   TALK TO 3 SURGEONS AND SEE WHAT IS RECOMMENDED.   My Best,  Dr C
