I would like to know if Drs think I will have a good results. I am thinking of doing lipo on my saddle bags as well.

would not recommend breast augmentation. 
Your breasts are already too low. 
The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating
upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and
more medial to increase your cleavage. 
Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed
are maintained.  I would then recommend
liposuction and using the excess fat to transfer to the breasts.  This should be done 3 to 6 months after the

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Weight loss before doing surgery would be my first recommendation. Next you may need larger implants or a breast lift with implants? Lipo 360 can not be combined with other surgeries in Florida if over 1 liter liposuction needed - which you obviously need. Is that why you are taking your life i your hands going to DR? Only in person consultations allow a surgical plan to be offered.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for a 360 liposuction and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back, arms and thighs.
