Procedure or filler to make eyes more vertically narrow?

I would suggest that if you like the look of your eye when it is bruised and swollen then just get into bar fights on a regular basis and leave your eyes exposed, much cheaper than plastic surgery options......just kidding of course.The look you are liking is a tigher lower lid with more support, thus showing less of your eye in the lower half. This could likely be achieved with more cheek support with fillers or fat grafting and possibly also with a more long-term surgical solution. it is very difficult to see what may be wrong from this photos? It looks that you may benefit from lower eyelid surgery, possibly filler. In person consultation is recommended.
