Procedure or filler to make eyes more vertically narrow?

Hello I know this sounds a bit strange but I look how my eyes look when I have a black eye, i think it’s because the swelling reduces the height of my eye and increases the width and I prefer that look. Is there any procedure preferably non surgical that can accomplish this and do you know of any doctors in the south Florida area thank you
